So you love melons but would like to grow them yourself?  Or have tried to grow them and failed?  You CAN successfully grow melons in the Puget Sound!  Come to the October 10, 2013 meeting of the Snohomish County Fruit Society and learn to grow the aristocrats of the summer fruits, heirloom melons, in your own backyard!  The meeting starts at 7 pm at the Boys and Girls Club of Snohomish, 402 2nd St, Snohomish, WA 98290.  A brief business meeting will precede the presenter.
