The Snohomish County Fruit Society will be participating in the vendor displays at the Country Living Expo and Cattlemen’s Winterschool at the Stanwood High School on January 31, 2015 from 9am until 5 pm.  SCFS will have posters, notecards, and SWD traps available for purchase.  Come and visit the booth and talk fruit and learn about our events planned for 2015.

The Country Living Expo will offer more than 185 workshops and classes in skills from cheesemaking and beekeeping to agribusiness, landscape design, and small-scale solar power.

Join keynote speaker Dr. Temple Grandin, the world’s most famous and influential person with autism and world renowned authority on animal behavior, for this fascinating presentation, on understanding animal behavior and her desire for animals to have more than just a low-stress life.

The full-day expo will be Saturday, Jan. 31, at Stanwood High School (7400 272nd Street NW) in Stanwood, Washington, and will feature a trade show with more than 65 vendors.  Fees and registration required ($70 adults, $40 youth).
