Though my fruit has long been in, the last few root crops came out of my garden just this week before the colder weather sets in. I want to store them for fresh eating, but how? Come this Thursday to hear SCFS Member, Jim Holt, give us some options, both for fruits and vegetables. Jim will specifically be focusing on non-electrical storage (ie – something other than an extra fridge in the garage such as a root cellar, cold storage, etc). Come and find out how you can continue to enjoy the fresh fruits of your labor even through the winter.
